Nepalese pepper Dalle Khorsani. Grown in the mountainous regions of Nepal. The peppers are red and round and round and red like cherries when ripe. The word dalai means round in Nepali, and is often the name given to a short round boy! The plant grows into a bush up to 5 meters high and can last 5-6 years under the right climate conditions. Uses: An important spice for the Nepalese, served as a hot sauce, and also pickled in oil and mustard or chutney with mint and coriander.
