When the fruits are ripe they get a sweet smell with touches of lemon and mango that go well with the mild spiciness.
uses: Mainly common in South American cuisine, Bolivia and Peru. Usually the peppers are dried and ground into a powder together with paprika and cumin. Goes well with cayenne pepper.
